If global warming weren't a religion, why would we call Al Gore 'The Goracle'? Only religions have oracles, or Goracles!

If global warming weren't a religion, then why would Mr Jello say that it's a religion? We all know that reality is determined by Mr Jello, because he said that it is. If he determines what reality is, and he said that he determines what reality is, then he must determine what reality is, and therefore global warming is a religion.

Did I just blow your mind?

So who agrees that global warming is a religion? Al Gore is fat like Buddha!

Every man in his own mind believes he's right.

Prove to me that AGW is real, that it is the primary cause of any warming.

Tell me if it will be warmer or cooler next year, 2 years, and 5 years from now, and show us your work to how you got there.

Tell me how much the climate will heat up for every million tons of co2 put into the air, and how you came to this number.

Remember no one argues how fast the speed of light is, as anyone with the mind to can prove it. I'm dedicated to prove myself wrong, and to show myself that man made global warming is in fact happening. Some day I hope one of you believers can help me do that.

But when you say your right because 5 top scientist say it's so, that is not science, that is faith, or mysticism, and faith in mystics is religion.

I was hoping that Algore would have helped shed light on AGW, but his use of animated polar bears and other "graphic enhancements" proved to me that he was more interested in promoting himself than informing others. If AGW was real, then he wouldn't have to stoop to using FX to make AGW look real. Total disapointment.

I was studying global warming in the 1970s, long before I knew anything about Al Gore. This is not a new science nor a new conclusion. And it is a science not a religion.

No. Global Climate Change is a scientific theory based on observations, data and hypothesis testing.

Religion is based on beliefs that can not be tested.

Al Gore is a former politician with a cause.

You are an egomaniac.

You didn't blow my mind...you just gave me something to laugh about when I tell all my friends about the fools on Yahoo answers over some beers tonight.

You are one of my favorites to make fun of. Keep it up! I just wish your profile was open To the public so I could see all of your idiotic answers/questions.

Wait....are you GW Bush?

If we are going to put a religious bend to this then Judas was to Christ, what Mr. Jello is to the sound scientific logic of the Climate Change issue (stop calling it Global Warming).

Still -- it obviously isn't a religion. Though I think those of you in denial are worshiping false gods.

I've noticed that those unable to grasp the reality of climate change steer clear of questions they find uncomfortable or difficult to address. The Northwest Passage is now a reality thanks to Climate Change -- yet I have yet to hear why this is "nothing to worry about" from the "climate is fine camp".

The dominoes are falling. If you're not going to be part of the solution on Climate Change then get out of the way and let us do what needs to be done.

Nah.

Though I do notice that the denialists seem to have a religious faith in their convictions, only someone who is religious could possibly ignore the mountains of evidence we have for AGW.

About as much as Jelloism is a religion. But then in some crevices of the sceptical world anything is possible.

It is a religion becasue people just believe it for no reason at all except for the false info that Al Gore and the scientist make up.

global warming is a big conspiracy for us to hate china and most of africa because they are developing countries (watch the 'great global warming swindle, it explains everything) they try to make you think that if they expand the earth will collapse because they will make more c02 (the oceans produce 90%ish of the the earths c02). the earth has always been changing since its birth. its another way to scare people into buying things they don't need, think of all the people who have proffited from the global warming scandal????
