Is The Holy Quran fairer to women than the Bible?

Like for example in the Bible it says that if a women is rape she must marry her attacker after the attacker gives her dad 50 silver pieces and etc. You should answer like this but please post a link to prove your claims.

Wrong! The Bible doesn't say "if she cries out" it says "if she doesn't cry *loud* enough" she has to be stoned. I think marrying the rapist is her only other alternative to being stoned.

The Quran is indeed fairer to women than the Bible. But how many Muslim men obey the Quran concerning women?

Both religions sprung from a time where women were classed as man's property--certainly not equal--So both the Bible & the Quran reflect the social mores of the times they were written in!!

Gee, I wonder where YOU stand, since you refer to the Quran as holy, but not the Bible.

And what that passage REALLY says is that if a woman is raped but doesn't cry out, and she's in the city, she has to marry the "rapist." If she DOES cry out, the penalty for the rapist was death. That's in Deuteronomy 22.

The whole point of all that was to protect the man from false claims against him, since the penalty for rape was so severe.

Read it again, starting with verse 23. It says (caps for emphasis): "DID NOT SCREAM FOR HELP." It says nothing about "screaming loud enough."

The Quran is the most evil book ever written. It is in no way fair to women. It represents the Grand Pedophile's hatred of women.

And your so called biblical direction that a woman marry her attacker? Can you give me verse and scripture for that? Because I can't find it. What I do find is that Isreal's sons took revenge for the rape of their sister, and did not allow her to marry her rapist.

In your hadith, quran, ect, women are treated lower than dogs. It's pathetic and I cannot understand how any self respecting woman can proclaim her faith in such a ridiculous religion.
