You're actually underweight for your height.
Some people actually suggest eating not three large meals a day but rather more smaller meals.
If you think you "look fat" maybe you just need to tone up. I spent a good chunk of my life being hella skinny. I didn't break 100 pounds untill 10th grade, and for the longest time I weighed 104-108, I now weigh a very healthy 126.
And what is the point of asking for honest advice if you only want to hear how to lose 20 pounds OMGZ LIEK RIGHT NOWWW
People aren't going to tell you how to do that because it's not healthy. Any way you do it, you're going to end up with an eating disorder or it's going to backfire and you're going to balloon, which I would find amusing being that you're a vapid little bint who idolizes Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie and feel that you're FAT at uner 110 pounds.
Seriously though, want to drop 20 pounds superfast?
Have your intestines removed. Did you know you have over 1 mile of small intestines? OMG that has to add at least ten pounds! You don't really need them anyway they just make gross stuff like poo.
If all else fails, there's always bulimia.

Ok seriously you dont need to loose weight, and you know why you gained weight excercising because you gained muscle which will help you apear leaner. If you eat less your body goes into starvation mode and stores anything you eat as fat in turn gaining more weight. So eat healthy salads with chicken or fish, and excersise but dont base your weight on pounds.

Its good that your putting in the effort to exercise! And you say your still gaining weight, to me that sounds like your gaining muscle not fat - which is a good thing, as that greaters your chance of losing weight. And instead of of eating less, look at what your consuming and just substitute it for better foods, good luck!

please, i'm 13 5'6 and 120 pounds and i surely don't need to lose weight and you don't either. but anyway, eat 5 small healthy meals a day and exercise. cut out the junky snack foods, exchange chips with an apple with carmel. you can't just drop 20 pounds over night it takes time.

I am 14 and 130 pounds and 5'4." I'm healthy, and if anyone comments on my body, they think I'm perfect. That shows how skinny you are. If you think you need to lose weight, you have problems. I noticed your name is "broken hearted," and that makes me sad, because I hope it is not just about your weight. Whatever or whoever is making you want to lose weight is WRONG. You are skinny, so stop thinking otherwise!

its impossible to lose 20 pounds "like now".
The fastest you could, Id say maybe 2 months, and even that would be unhealthy.
also if you exercise so much and are gaining weight, thats muscle weight which is good, makes you look fit and toned.
