Like whenever there's a housing slump (now), do the prices in Hell also slide? What about when things are on the up and up? Does property start selling like 'hot'cakes? Does Satan authorize all propery transactions? Is fire insurance mandatory?

Nolte, you describe Hell so vividly, yet... so sexily at the same time. Ta.

No, but it does mirror the junk mortgage market closely.

No money down, no points--- easy to get into that market.

Unfortunately you'll be making payments forever.

As i know the prices for a 25 qm appartment at the Vulcanohillside with a wunderfull smell of gas (which has the same aroma with puups!) all day with a nice hot wind comming up from the lost souls lake cost more than a 100 qm loft beside the beach of Deavy Johnes's house! Why, who don't prefere a puup smell before a 1000...... years old and still not dead fish! I would prefere the puup!

Yep, and due to the current slump, it's the perfect opportunity to invest in prime lakefire-front property, where the condos are all painted Pepto Bismol pink, and "Wham's Greatest Hits" CD is eternally piped into your home.

Brandon, make sure you wake me up before you go-go.

Hell = hades = mankind's common grave, the earth (after your death.)
I guess it's like the author said: "Invest in land...they're not making it anymore."
Hey, why not start now?
;)
