They have spiritual eyes and yes they watch all the time, we all have spirit guides. Or some of us have for certain reason spirits appointed to us.
Sometimes while I am asleep when spirits come near, My spirit awakens and I can see using my spiritual eyes, and can feel their thoughts as well. Or I awake to see them looking over me or my son.

Spirits have the same identical attributes of a body as you and I do. The difference is that they are in a finite spiritual form, able to converse, touch, and communicate with fellow spirits just as we do in mortality.
Spirits can watch us, but in their realm they have far too many other chores to keep them busy than to be concerned with what we are doing.

The body is exactly the same as the spirit. Except that the body has flesh and bones. So Yes, spirits can see.

YOU are a spirit. Didn't you know that? You are a spirit that "possesses" or lives inside a body of flesh. So not only do you have physical eyes for your body but you also have spiritual eyes for your spirit. And it is ONLY with your spiritual eyes that you can discern God who also is Spirit.
You are NOT flesh and blood. You LIVE IN a body of flesh and blood. Your body will rot but your spirit will return to God for judgment one day.

ever heard the song "eyes without a face" ? that is describing either an out of body experience or how a spirit is

They don't have eyes because they don't have a body. They are more like an energy so I wouldn't say they watch us exactly but some are certainly aware of us. Others don't even know they are dead and are completely oblivious to us.

yes all spirits have eyes but some spirits don't show eyes. LOL!!!

Since spirits don't exist (there is no evidence for them), they cannot have eyes.

Given that they don't exist, probably not.
Here's something: they're invisible. So all light passes through them, and none of it is captured to make an image. So - like the invisible man - they couldn't see, even if they existed.

yes of course they do and yes they can see you although not in the way you may think
we are energy , they see us as energy
they do not see us as we see each other
they see our light , our hearts , our spirit
