I had this dream around a year ago. I remember it as being really unusual and shocking.
I was hunting in the woods with a bow and arrow and I spotted a deer. I shot an arrow, but missed it. I then followed the deer further into the woods and found it once again. I took aim and shot. The deer fell to the ground, onto a bare peice of forest floor.
When I walked up to it, I saw a dead person.
The deer transformed into a human.
This dream seemed shocking becuase I have never hunted before, and I haven't had a dream like that.
What could this dream mean?

Animals represent our instincts. The deer was leaving you. Which means to me that your a "flight" person. Right now you are not in touch with your instincts and feel that hiding or running is best. Then you killed the deer and found that it was human. Another human means our emotions. If your instincts turned to your emotions and they were dead, then I would reconsider whatever situation you have in life and be little more sympathetic or emotional towards it.

This dream is not about hunting in real life. Woods represents the place of trials, tribulation, trouble and conflict. But it is about someone you were pursuing or taking aim at for a certain reason. Bow and art represents your ability to skillfully launch a weapon at someone. Obviously, you missed the first time, but because you were dilligent you got another opportunity. It can be with words, actions, gestures, and so on and so. The deer represented someone of a harmless nature. What ever action you took it killed someone spiritually and not physically.

Ever have an interest in Wicca or one of the earth religions? It could be telling you that the earth, animals, and humanity are all linked and that you need to get in touch with the rest of the universe.
Or it could be warning you not to take up hunting as a hobby.

i think it means that you are scared in life of talking to the wrong person or judging someone by what they appear like. i say, just be open to everyone and kind to the world
