I mean like with what products: toothpaste, water, etc.

THE EASIEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF A RETAINER IS TO SOAK IT IN WARM WATER WITH A DENTURE CLEANING TABLET LIKE EFFERDENT.

every once in awhile (like once a week) i soak mine in listerine overnight and i brush them w regular toothpaste everytime i brush my teeth:) hope this helps
