Unfortunately, breakouts can be caused from a variety of factors such as hormone changes, environmental factors, stress, etc. A good skin care regimine can reduce the amount of breakouts though. Cleanse, tone and moisturize! An exfoliate is good once in a while to remove the dead skin and improve blood circulation in the outer layer of the skin. Drinking plenty of water is great for the skin and overall health.
I prefer natural ingredients in my skin care and therefore make my own skin care products. I can customize the recipes to suit my specific skin type.

2. Don't skimp on sudsing. Wash your face for 30 to 45 seconds with a dime-size amount of cleanser. That's how long it takes to clear dirt and oil off your face.
3. Use lukewarm water when washing your face. Hot water dries out your skin, and cold water won't open up your pores.
4. Be gentle. Scrubbing too hard leaves skin rough and red. Don't fight with your face. Skip harsh scrubs and even washclothes, which can be too rough on your face and can cause irritation. Use your hands instead. Be sure they're clean, or you'll transfer acne-causing dirt and oil right back!
5. Suds up your cleanser in your hands first. It helps activate the ingredients, so they are more effective when applied to your face!
6. Don't skip your morning wash! Hairstyling products get absorbed by your pillowcase then transfer to your skin—if it's not cleared away in the A.M., it'll clog your pores!
7. Try a cleansing brush. Sometimes even after you wash, there's makeup left on your skin, and that buildup leads to breakouts! Using an exfoliating brush with your basic cleanser loosens and removes the leftover makeup that has seeped inside your pores! The brush can get deeper into your skin than just your soaped-up fingers.
8. Don't overwash. If your skin still feels oily, instead of washing again (which can make your skin produce even more oil!), try an astringent after cleansing.
9. Exfoliate. The trick is to remove the layers of dead skin cells and dirt that are blocking your pores—and your skin's natural glow. Products with alpha hydroxy and lactic acids exfoliate gently to make you look radiant.
10. Wash, then exfoliate. When washing, first use a mild face wash to cleanse your skin. Then, lightly massage exfoliator onto your face. This may seem redundant, but before you exfoliate, you want a clean canvas, so that the exfoliant can focus on digging out the stubborn dirt and oil that are stuck deeper inside your pores.

Lotion or oils are bad ideas, as they will only clog pores. Try some 1.5% Salicylic Acid product. Benzoyle Peroxide is stronger and will sometimes leave red marks where the pimple was. Benzoyle also makes these red marks take twice as long to fade, so try Salicylic Acid first. Also, try to avoid harsh scrubs, as they will only cause the bacteria to spread, thus causing more zits.
Some more tips include - change your pillow cases often, and make sure you're not washing them with fabric softener or fragrant detergent. Ice, held over a zit for a few minutes, will dilute redness. Also, try washing your face/showering in lukewarm/cool water instead of hot, so that your pores stay closed. This will also make your stay shiny.
All the best!

You can use many products in your own kitchen that are natural and safe to use. Some of them include eggs, honey, oatmeal, extra virgin oil, lemons, etc. But here is a really good (and inexpensive) remedy you may want to try:
Take a whisked egg white and rub it over your face. You can leave it on for 15 minutes or sleep with it on. I recommend sleeping with it because the results are so much better! In the morning do your normal clease, tone, and moisturize! The egg white tightens your skin and leaves your skin soft and smooth. This isn't going to happen overnight (would be great if it did!) but you will definitely see results if you are consistent! If you have acne scars/blemishes use 100% cocoa butter or Vitamin E oil to "fade" away the scars.
***Also, remember to:
*Drink plenty of water!
*Keep your hands out of your face!
*Cut back on sugary, greasy, and fatty foods as well as sodas!
*Leave your pimples alone! Do not pop, poke, or pinch them...it's better to leave them alone and let them go away on their own than to wake up with an acne scar/blemish.
*Cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face at least 2 times a day.
*Stay stress-free!
***HOPE THIS HELPS!***

hello. i have pretty much the same skin as you. it can also be stress related. i know i first started breaking out when i actually had to start studying to pass xD well like someone said, honey may work but if you dont have the right skin for it... you might break out more. i tried it and my skin was a little too sensitive for it. try an egg mask. separate the whites and the yolk first. then put the whites as a mask. just wash it off after it hardens. do it a couple times though cause an egg mask isnt very strong if just applied once. try the yolk as a natural moisturizer... but that may make you break out too depending on your skin. dont ever use scrubs when you have pimples. i know theres like blemsh free saint ives scrubs and stuff... but only use it to prevent breakouts. not to cure them. your pimples will just get more red and noticable. try this.. SHISEIDO ACNE CLEARING JEL. it works AMAZINGGGG.

Clean skin and a simple bottle of aloe vera gel on the spots will dry out any breakout. This is an inexpensive way to treat your skin and it's natural.
Good Luck.
