No no no....Don't even attempt that I just did that in June and what a mess. It took me until Sept to get my hair looking halfway decent. I had to use plenty of mane and tail shampoo and conditioner and I could barely use heating tools on my hair because it would frizz. Just wait as long as you can. I would even go longer then 2 wks.

in the salon we do depending on the overall state of the hair, if your hair is brittle or damaged then no peroxide definately, the harmony range of semi p s are very good and quite conditioning, but to be honest... go to your salon

NO. YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS TO DO THIS PROCESS, OTHERWISE YOUR HAIR CAN BREAK BY BEING OVER-PROCESSED.
