i have had a lot of dream recently that have featured like end of the world things, or at least world changing events. i've dreamed of massive nuclear explosions, and EMPs and giant tornados, and tidle waves.

I would think nothing of it except i have had so many of them now, and a few times i have woken up so freaked i have had to get my daughter out of her cot and give her a cuddle (it was just like i needed to hold her for a while to calm myself down)

any ideas?

My daughter is 8 months old,
The dreams are usually a vivid colour, at leats until the bombs go off, tornado starts etc when it all gets very dark, and grey and I can always remember them, although i do not always recognise the places, they're usually places I have never been (I've never left the UK)

I certainly do and THIS DREAM HAS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! Explosions, bombs, eruptions, violent weather hold the following; symbol of impending danger where emotions are out of control or where you are gripped by fear. If repressed Aggression is the reason, try to prevent the Explosion as quickly as you can. Somebody means hostile and aggressive initiation (by other or by yourself), sudden and unfavorable events are occurring. Guard yourself and your territory, do not go anywhere new or where there might be a large crowd. This will pass with a quiet, pleasant dream. Hold On Girl!

Dreams like this are becoming more and more common. many religious people, including many pagans and mystics, think we are living in the end times. Dreams about the end of the world are almost always a warning the the person may not be spiritually ready for the end. I do not know what your spiritual beliefs are, but now is the time to look to them for guidance.

Maybe you have the sixth sense, where you have the ability to see unforseen events. Only a handful of people have this ability, usually these people are visited by the virgin mary and are told secrets which they reveal at a certain time.

May i suggest you read a bit about Christina Gallagher in Ireland who has premonitions and the children of Medjejorge.

Just type these names into google and you will be surprised.

Dreams like this usually, are based on the feeling of an impending doom. It might be that you have been feeling really depressed, and possible scared. The colors that your dreams were in also mean a lot. Black and white usually means loneliness, or sorrow. Normally dark colors mean negative feelings, that you likely had, and bright colors (excluding red) usually mean that you had energy, or were feeling pretty well when you were having these dreams.

life is very complicated at the best of times, we wonder if what we are doing is best or right, and what actions we take, effects the future OR past. If cudling your daughter gives you the security in this crazy world we call life, then comfort her. This dream is common, so chill and all the best, Dale A.XXXX.

Put it down to the stress of motherhood.

Suddenly you have got someone who relies totally on you, and the pressure of that is making you fearful for her safety.

Chill out and enjoy your daughter. With love and support she'll be fine in life. If you get all paranoid, it's not going to do her any good, is it?

those dreams are just based on ur life, have u been going through hard times maybe thats the reason, if not those dreams will probably not come true. if u still have problems with it u should see a therapist. sorry for that suggestion but it really helps. but go see one only if this dream thing is getting out of hand.

You don't say how old your daughter is. Maybe deep down you are wondering what kind of world you have brought here into. The world changes, for better and worse, but we survive. Relax and enjoy your daughter.
