iz this illegal?
if they kiss, wou;ld it be considered molesting a child/minor?

He is far too old for her.Where are her parents?Surely they do not agree with this situation.I would presume the 19 year would be in trouble as it's not a healthy relationship.

Each state has its own laws but for the most part if both parties are consenting then the relationship isnt illegal. However if something happened (like breaking up) whom ever was older could get in trouble for having sexual relations with a minor if it was reported. Although personally I think a 16 year old and 19 year old dont have much in common as long as its a healthy relationship then age doesnt really "matter"

Is it against the law for them to kiss yes..But as a father if I found out..and found him on my land...I would put him in the hospital..with out a second thought..then call police..The law states if person like the father thought a person who should not be there was a danger to him or his family he has the right to protect them at any cost.
And second the 19 yr old is a weirdo, No normal 19 yr old boy would do that..plus it down right gross..

why in the world would a 19 yr old guy be with a 13 yr old girl??why ?? thats wrong and if i was her mom that guy would be in jail...and as for the girl she would be locked in her 24 hrs a day ! tell a responsible adult about this ..thats nasty!

yeah its completley and totally illegal matter facct 13 can get him 20 and if they do more than kiss he can get more time than that someone i kno accidentally did something when all he was tryin to do was help her with medication she was to young to apply herself and he got 50 years w/out parole yeah you betcha

actually in some states it is legal, but if u are concerned about this talk to ur friend and tell her how u feel about it , and if she allowed it then no its not molestation but still pretty gross... lol
