I have some rolls of film that are maybe a year old, kept in 70-85 degree room temp (varied over the year). If I took it to get developed, would it still come out?

Oh no! I forgot to mention that these rolls have ALREADY BEEN SHOT. They haven't been developed yet, and I had it laying around for a year. Do you think they will still come out?

They will still come out...there is a small chance that there will be some color drift; HOWEVER, you should be able to fix this easily with photoediting software such as Photoshop...or the photolab you are using might make the correction also. No worries.
You can keep 35mm film for many years after their expiration (longer if they were kept in the fridge)...and they will always produce an image...but the quality (color saturation) of that image will be in question. I think I recall keeping an exposed roll for around 10 years before developing it...it only had a slight pinkish haze (which again is correctable by software.)

Yes it should be fine. Some of the colors may be slightly off but I've had pictures come out after 5 years in hiding. Of course like I said the colors were way off but at least I did get to see the pictures. One year is not all that bad especially if kept indoors.

It should be okay. I keep all my film in the fridge. An exposed roll goes to be processed the day its shot usually.

I keep mine in the fridge and they turn out fine.
