COULD YOU HAVE HIT IT OR BUMPED INTO SOMETHING AND CAUSED IT TO SWELL AND BRUISE?

A cyst is one possibility but the only way to find out for sure what it could be is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it is.

it can be a mosiqito bite.or mabey you got hit somewhere.it can be just a bug.
