When a bee stings u, it loses it's stinger, which is still a part of its body... if u lost a part of ur body, wuldn't u die too (dont comment on the fact that we have hospitols... I meant if we lost a body part if there were no hospitols to recover u. So yes, if u lose a part of yer body, u die)

A bee’s stinger is made of two shafts, lined with barbs like fishhooks. When a bee stings, it can’t pull the barbed stinger back out. It leaves behind not only the stinger, but also part of its digestive tract, plus muscles and nerves. This massive abdominal rupture is what kills the bee.
i hoped this answered your question!! :)

because a bees sting is a one way defence, once the stinger is in you the barbs like a fish hook will not let it out,and the bee ends up pulling out of its body the sting organ and the bee dies

Because the stinger is attached to the bee's intestines and his stinger has barbs, when he injects the venom and flies off, or is smacked off, the barbs hold the stinger in your flesh and his intestines are pulled out.. .ouch!
