Try to get into a new relationship. My wife of 10 years cheated on me and aside from just letting time heal the wound, being in a new relationship really helped me more than anything. It's amazing what the attraction and companionship of someone that really wants to be with you can do for your self-esteem.

It is not so easy to take your mind off emotional kick to the face like that, only thing you can do is make yourself busy start running and working out, start a new hobby, hang with your friends worse thing you can do is be by yourself, day by day you will think of her less, it took me about a month to get my girl off my mind not completly but now other things come into mind when I am thinking of her so it is alot less so goodd luck bro

u dont hav 2 forget about her, but to help u ease ur mind from her, focus on a sport or hobby u lke, just to help u not think about her as much as u do. u can also try 2 b her friend, just friends and nothing else, who knows u 2 maybe the best of friends.

Try to avoid her as much as possible. I have to work with an ex that seriously f*cked me over and I wanted so bad to hit, yell, and scream at him but I held it in and now karma has taken over HAHA! He got his gf of 5 months pregnant HAHA! Sucks to be him!!

2 options- 1 break up 2 forgive her & take her back.
I had a guy cheat on me & i took him back & we have been together for 6 months.

well, this is an awkward thing in any body's life...
you can try getting a new girlfriend or just hanging out with your friends a lot so you feel comfortable around them and eventually u will stop thinking about her

Go out with friends and find another girl. Trust me when I say once you find someone else you wont even think about the B***H.

Unless, another person comes into your life, that wound of your will not heal sooner than it must. All I am saying is that you must just wait, and accept that feeling. Sooner or later it will fade out.
