I love to cook 30 min meals and snacks!
I started an emailer that we share recipes. Email me if you want the form to start you own
Its been wonderful and I have received many receipes as a result. One of my favorite.

10 Flour tortillas I normally get the ones that are thinner in appearance, not the thick ones. Also the carb-free ones by mission work well, they are thin and easy to fold.
1 Large Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 large containier of sour cream(16oz)
1 can of rotelle mild
1 brick of cheddar cheese or colby/monterey
chicken cooked( I use whatever chicken I have available..can is fine too)

turn oven to 325-350, get out either a 9x11 casserole dish or 2 8x8 size. Spray pans or as I do, line with foil(easy cleanup)
in a seperate pan, place cans of soup and rotelle together bring to a soft boil, add half of the sour cream to it and continue to stir, simmer
take tortillas and place about a 1/4 cup of chicken(I eye it) and the smae with the shredded cheese, roll and place seem side down in casserole dish. Continue until all chicken is finished, make sure to leave some cheese for the top of casserole. Usually makes about 10 tortillas.
After finished, pour soup mixture over tortillas, top with remaining cheese and then place in oven, usually cook for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I serve these with sour cream and guacomole and also spanish rice too.
Enjoy!!!

Please, try to eat less pasta, it's not healthy. The problem is that the unhealthy results of this will be felt at a later stage of age.
Here is (I hope) a simple recipe:
* Cut a chicken into pieces - try to flatten them.
* Use the spices you like; don't forget to add a lemon or two - leave this for 3 to 4 hours. [you can prepare this beforehand and keep them divided as meals in the freezer]
* Lay the pieces [suitable for those who will eat] on a netting. Under the netting a tray haing water.
* Leave this in moderate heat for about 45 minutes.
I hope you will like it.
