Virtual Tour How To?

I'm a photographer usually I do family portraits, beach shots etc. I have been asked to do real estate photos and wanna offer virtual tours. How do I do this? What software to use for this? Is there an inexpensive way to go about it? Tutorial?

For the really fancy ones you need software and some special camera equipment (such as a mount which smoothly rotates to get a movie of the room).

But you can do really nice ones with any camera and "stitching software". It examines the edges of images and pastes them together into a "panorama".
