i jusst steppped on the scale with jeans, heavy socks, and 2 layers on. I weighed 104 how much would do i subtract for clothes?

2-3 lbs probably

Take the clothes off and weigh them separately if you want to be very accurate. You will probably find that they only weigh a few pounds. Shoes usually weigh the most and it sounds like you took them off.

for that much clothing, i would say 4 pounds. be realistic though, there is no such thing as a sock that is actually heavy =) thick maybe, but socks may way .2 lbs tops

Probably 2 pounds but maybe you should try it without clothes to be exact.
