i now want to sell my ps3 and get the xbox 360

Man to be honest with you I was so disappointed with the PS3 that I did just what you want to do. I sold it and bought an Xbox 360 and I don't regret it one bit. There is just no good games for PS3 even if it has a great hardware whats that without good games. Down the line the only good game I see coming is Metal Gear Solid 4 but other than that garbage. If you do decide to buy an Xbox 360 you should get Gears of War, Halo 3, Bioshock and some other great games but what ever you get don't forget XBOX LIVE is a most you have some great moments there you won't regret it.

I totally agree with RnD. but it's best to not compare two gaming system since they both have pros and cons. But it's hard fact that ps3 has more "potiential" than the 360. Blu-ray games would have more details (ppl saying that it cost 2 much for developers......do they even no what they are talking about? that's just complete cr**)360 does have really good games RIGHT NOW. online gameplay is better for the 360; again, ps3 "can" do much better and what online play can beat the playstation home? So the 360's graphic is better AS OF NOW but really, since you've bought a ps3, there's no reason to sell it and get a system that's 2 yrs old.
Yet again, whether or not you want to see the ps3 at it's full potiential is up to you.

Gotta love when people say it' doesn't upscale to dvd ,,,,It does upscale dvds and ps2 games to hd...If the people really ever owned one they would know that...Next people complain about the price...$60gig $499 for ps3 ...the 360 elite is only $20 less at $479..
You also have to love when people say it doesn't do much..Again they don't own one and if they ever did they sure never figured out how to use it.
Does 360 Elite come with Wifi? NO you have to buy it for $100
Does 360 come with hddvd hd movie capability? NO you have to buy it for $189
Does 360 come withfree online? NO you have to pay $50 a year.
Does 360 come with rechargable controllers? NO you have to buy it for $20
Does 360 come with an internet browser so you can download or pay youtube videos? NO
If the same questions asked about the ps3 all the answers would be yes it comes with all of the above..
To do what the ps3 can do out of the box it would cost the 360 elite owner over $700 before they even bought a game......
Does 360 have HD games that take longer than a few hours to beat? NO because game programmers have to sacrifice gaming for hd graphics..Just look at halo 3, the game takes what an afternoon to beat and the environmental sounds are horrible. They had to sacrifice gaming and sounds for the graphics because of the 8 gig dvd format for the games.....
Ps3 uses hd 50gig blueray discs for games so the game programmers don't have to sacrifice anything... So to those who say "what if i didn't want a blueray player to watch hd movies?" Well genious the games are on blueray for the 50gig capacity...
Sell your ps3 and be done with it....No need to get everyones seal of approval, but make sure you know whatyou are doing...

Thats a very stupid move!!
There's been more complains about te xbox360 braking down and over heating. Plus the ps3 is a much powerful system, 300 new title are coming out and your going to miss out! ps3 has a blue-ray. you dont have to pay for making an account unlike the xbox360. plus the ps3 you can web browse. if ur a xbox360 fan trying to make ps3 fans get the xbox..do that in your time.

You have to play it online, like Ghost Recon2 and Rainbow 6 to get your money's worth..also Metal Gear and Call of Duty are coming...GTA 3...it will blow your mind away, I like my system more now, i once felt like you, but I have then purchased a 1080p television and HDMI cables,,,,, So you have to wait, if you dont have a high def tv, not 720p but 1080, the xbox 360 will be the same.

that's the game, not PS3. PS3 helps custom soundtrack throughout gaming, yet GTA IV grow to be released formerly Sony had blanketed this selection into firmware updates. that's as much as Rockstar, not Sony.

You shouldn't. Check www.ign.com for future PS3 releases and youll be amazed. XBOX 360 is way too risky to buy - breaks down easely.

Really? I prefer the Nintendo Wii. Although most of the "hardcore gamers" (aka nerds) think its for little kids, I really think it's fun! Much more fun than the PS3 or Xbox 360...and isn't that what games are supposed to be all about? Fun?

i love my ps3
wait til the spring before selling it because you will change your mind. by spring, over 300 games will be available. the rumble returns in spring. xbox 360 breaks down every 3 months. i know some people that had 3 xboxs in ONE year!!
