I think you mean denomination. Christianity itself is a religion which can also be split into multiple different denominations (Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, etc.). The differences between the denominations are very minor, though, and most Christians would agree that we're "all trying to get to the same place."
Hope this helps.

Catholics, Baptists, Lutherans and Presbyterians all believe that Jesus died on the cross for the sins of man. So do Methodists.
There are people who belong to Jesus in all Christian denominations. We are the BODY OF CHRIST, His one true church. Not a building or a certain denomination, just His Own.
God bless!
There is nothing to outline, dear one.

You would be shocked to know that most of Christianity is actually VERY similar---most of the differences surround HOW they choose to live out that faith. I would say most of orthodox Christianity holds the truths of the Apostles Creed.
The Catholic Church existed first and in the 1500s there was a lot of corruption. Luther was really the first major break---he was a Catholic priest.
The best thing to do to see if you fit in-----Church hop.

Many are but the Catholic church was first and during the Great Schism a whole bunch of different sects developed and that is why there are so many. I would look at Catholic or Orthodox Christianity.

so which you commence out not even determining that the final public of non christian faith are surely atheist then!!! ATHEIST - somebody who does not have faith in a God – any God – not in basic terms the Christian one. yet that doesn't mean they don't carry sturdy ethical or religious ideals! they are able to persist with any faith that doesn't have a god and there are a number of those!! i think of your question smacks greater of desperation, lack of wisdom and intolerance than any prefer to seek for enlightenment! purely attempt examining a small pattern of Christian postings on right here!!! illiberal, egotistical, hate crammed and bigoted!! Eschewing training, technological understanding, evolution works of fiction and much, plenty greater. Christians are the only faith opposing human rights and persecuting gays, professional determination and much greater - yet a great way worse mutually as they call for freedom of religion they deny it to all non Christians and persecute them!!! purely how will you get them to tolerate anybody else's suggestions?!!!! ignore the loving and forgiving god they abandoned that a protracted time in the past!!!

The three major branches are Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and Protestant. Most of the ones that you listed are protestant.
If you want to know what they believe, go straight to the source:

Christianity is not a religion. All religion, other than the Jewish religion, which was created by God, is made by man and is man’s attempt to please their gods and control other people. All religions have rules, rituals and laws to follow. Every religion believes that they have the answers for redemption. The answer for redemption through religion, lies within man’s ability to perfectly follow it’s teachings which man can not do. Jesus is the only one who followed religion perfectly.
Jesus is God’s way to reach down to mankind with love, forgiveness, acceptance and grace. Jesus is not a religion. He is God and He is the way for man to have fellowship with God and a personal relationship.
When we come to Jesus, we are full of the original sin nature and the sins that we have committed. He cleanses us when we accept Him as our Lord and Savior and repent of those sins.
Our redemption and salvation results from Jesus’ willful and sacrificial death on the cross to take our place for our sin nature and our sins. He is the only atonement possible because He is without sin. Jesus does it for us because we are incapable of following any religion perfectly. He did follow the law perfectly.
Coming to Jesus as our Lord and our Savior, not religion, is what God requires for us to become forgiven, sanctified, and have the personal relationship with God that He intended from the start. Jesus is the only way to God.
