it doesn't matter if she's mad at him, you should stay out of it and find someone single.
think about it.........if you send her flowers and she likes you and goes out with you eventhough she has a boyfriend then more and likely she'll do the same thing to you if you guys end up in a relationship.
also if you send her flowers and she doesn't like you then you just get your feelings hurt.
you're holding onto something that isn't going to turn out good either way.
