run on the treadmill immediately at approximately 8.5 miles an hour immediately in view this is a 10:50 a million.5 mile and then take a day without work the next day and drink a ton of water and then the next day run it on a song and proceed this technique and you may desire to be high-quality. Treadmills are great for this kinda component via fact it fairly is the consistent %. you like. i had to run a mile in under 8 minutes for health club. i knowledgeable at 8 mph on my treadmill this is a 7:30 mile and then when I ran it I have been given a 7:25 this is with regards to a similar time

It is hard if you've done done it before. Quite frankly the average person can run a mile in about 10 minutes. I would say you have to train for this. I would say a good 2 weeks should get you in shape to complete this goal. But you must run every other day to build up your stance.

Good Luck.

Considering the average person walks at a rate of 4 mph, or a mile every 15 minutes, you should have no problem.

depending on your height and weight. If your a skinny atletheic person with long legs you should be able to ace the run with no problems. Dont worry 11 min is enough time for you to finish with no problems. I am a runner marines the best thing is keep pushing breath thru your nose not your mouth control your breathing and speed you should be okay.......

not really. depends on your age and your gender. The best idea is to set your self at a pace. Dont try to go real fast or your be too tired to finish by the third lap. Good luck.

depend if you are in shape- in in high school and i only play volleyball and do gym, i dont do much sports but i do exersice. i got 10.58 for one mile, so compare yourself to that.
remeber to breathe slowly and jog at a steady pace.

but then, my friend who does track got 1 mile in 5 minutes and 20 sec. at a comfortable jog, nonstop, no hard breathing. it really depends on you.
