None are cheap or safe. The interest they charge is astronomical. Borrow from friends or family or if need be sell something in order to come up with the money. Dont know what you need it for but unless its to keep a roof over your head you dont want to do this type of loan. You can get help with utilities from community agencies and you can always get food from food pantries. The only thing you need to absolutely pay is your rent or mortgage. Anything else is not necessity.
