Some humans are shy, timid, depressed, ugly, slow talkers...etc...
These are things that some of us are born with.
Why did a loving creator create such imperfections in humans?

Who says anything but the "normal" are imperfections and are a flaw that God made. God didn't make any flaws, He is perfect and He does everything for a reason. These, in many cases, blessings from God.

We are perfect in God's eyes. However, God does allow natural variation to occur. Some may be trials to help us grow but some are not imperfections at all- just differences (I may find someone beautiful that someone else finds ugly)

What makes you think that the people you are describing are imperfect? Are you GOD? Do you have his ability to judge someone. Your rationale is whats wrong in the world today if someone is different from ourselves we judge them.what if we are the imperfect ones?

No! In Christ All are Equal!!! God doesn't make mistakes and the "Bodies" we are given are the result of a "Corrupted Gene Pool" as A. & E. were made Perfect but Corrupted themselves & Us through Sin. John

No, God created everything to be perfect. Sin ruined everything... things can go wrong now, but if we can keep putting our trust in Him, He can help us begin making things better.
