he touches me in areas i dont want to be touched i remove his hand and he puts it back later, i have also told him to stop but its kind of complicated cuz my body wants it but i know better and he tells me he just wants me to feel as excited as he does. what should i do

Tell him it makes you uncomfortable (or whatever) and give him maybe another option as to where he can put his hand.

Just tell him in a respectfull way that you would appreciate it if he would respect your personal boundries and not touch you (insert places here). If you are new to being a couple, just tell him you are not comfortable with that yet. If you have been dating for a while and you are still not comfortable with him touching you - then you might have some serious issues that you would be so much better off talking with a therapist about. The fact that your boyfriend is more intent on his sexual urges than respecting you is a HUGE red flag. If he can't respect your boundries now, it won't get better - it will only get worse.

You just need to be honest with him and let him know it makes you feel unconfortable. If he has a problem with it then you know he is only with you for one reason. Trust me there are plenty of men out there that will date you for you and not to get in your pants! Good luck

Tell him your not ready for that and if he persists then he's not worth your time. You should never be with a guy that will pressure you into things you dont want to do.

You need to say in words what you are "saying" when you move his hand. If after you've told him in words and he's unable to respect your wishes you need to end it with him.
