I go to a christian school. A kid at my school admitted to being suicidal and at one point homicidal, during a retreat chapel, and got kicked out of school.
He never did anything to anybody, and is fine now. He's been seeing a psychiatrist for a few years now, and is better. He's the sweetest person I know.
People at school want him back, but we don't know how to do it. We tried talking to the superintendant, but he just won't listen! We've been praying about it, and today we were having people sign a petition, but I don't know if that will work.
He's been going to my school since 1st grade, and is now a senior. Everyone loves him to death. He's such a good guy. He was origionally only put on a one-week suspension period where he had to go to the shrink, but was supposed to come back after that. Then they decided to kick him out.
I go to a private school, and don't know how decisions like this are made at private schools, but I'd like ANYONES insights into how to fix this.

two things.
one -point out to the school and to the community that the lesson being sent for being honest should not be punishment. also explain the word forgiveness and understanding to the school exspecially if there christian-for gods sake. the church is begging for our figivness with all the recent petafile gay priests. shame on that school!!!

second. ussally there is a patition clause in the schools charter. if you get a certain percentage of the students signatures then he should be allowed back.

Use the ADA Act and a lawyer who specializes in civil rights. ADA is American Disabilities Act, giving him rights since he is covered under it.

The super won't listen because you guys have no standing in this matter. It will take the kid & his parents to get him back in.
