Me and her mom are not together. We use to email one another until I found some disturbing on her page. I spoke to her mom about the situation and her reply was "SO WHAT!" she said that she don't get into my daughters business. She also said that my daughter tried to cut her wrist and thats why she doesn't get into her business. I'm really concern,and truthfully I would like to get custody. Can someone tell me if it is possible.CAN SOMEONE HELP A CONCERN FATHER,A WORRIED FATHER?

Depending on what state you live in. You will have to prove the mother an unfit mother. Medical issues, psychological issues with your daughter, that she cannot handle can be used as neglect. Start the process by contacting an attorney and request a psychological. Go from there. If she is a cutter there is definitely something going on you need to look into anyway.

Talk to an attorney , ask the X if she minds that you take the daughter over. If she is that much trouble she just mite give her to you. If she tryed to cut her wrist, and mother's attitude is so what, you should have a good case to get custody. But if she is going to change, that's a long shot.

If she is cutting her wrist that is more of a reason for the mother to be in her business. You do not just leave a child that has mental problems such as depression to fend for their self. You have enough proof just by her wrist her mother is not doing a good job raising her. Get her into theropy before it is to late. Your daughter is crying out for help if the mother can not see this she is blind
