I thought that I had read in the bible of either the playing of trumpets or the sound of trumpet's can someone let me know where I can find this? Thanks alot.

In Revelation chapter 8, 7 angels individually sound their trumpets for the seven trumpet judgements that are soon to come upon the earth after all Christians have been raptured. How do we know this? Because in Revelation chapters1-3 the Church is mentioned 19 times. After chapter 3, the Church is mentioned no more. Put two and two together with the rest of God's Word, and it is common sense the reason we are not mentioned is because we are no longer here. These trumpets that the angels are blowing signify very horrific times for those left behind, each judgement gets more devastating and intense with each trumpet sound.

The angels have to hold the trumpets at an angle to something. I don't think it says anything about an angle to what.
