if you get a record expunged do you still need a pardon to enter Canada i live in the U.S

it was shoplifting when i was 18 i'm 25 now

No. If it is already expunged then you do not have any sort of record.

no, the shoplifting is only a misdemeanor anyways. misdemeanors are child's play.
