read the fine print kiddo....that is one hour every day for many many days. guess what, just walking one hour a day every day for many days will do the same thing for free.

From what I understand it compacts your fat cells, you are not actually burning fat, so the effect only lasts a few days and then your fat expands back to it's regular size, and then compensates from the extreme change by adding a little water weight, so 3-6 days after you do it you may be a little bigger than when you started.
