Hello, your not stupid really at all. these things happen to a lot of girls at your age and as hard as it is most the time we just have to sit back and wait on our hormones to clam down. If you see a school councilor or nurse they will be able to help over it all. take care good luck

a great deal of your emotional instability is probably hormonal, and the maturational process will resolve this over time. You may want to look into birth control pills, if you are already taking them, you may want to look into a different brand or a different dose. Discuss it with your doctor. You might also benefit from some cognitive behavioral therapy, to learn to manage your anger, and maybe even discover where it stems from.

First you have somebody who says they care that is a good thing.Slow down and really listen to them and to yourself and get the right feelings, answer, reaction for the situation at the time.Listening and saying the right thing is more important than just responding.

well i don't think you're stupid and as for depression i think it would be wise to talk to a trusted friend who is more than willing to help you out as there is a possibility that your friend has been through something similar
and to be honest i think he really does care about you
and there really is no easy way to go about this
but if you bottle everything up inside then take it from me it will start to destroy you, but i am willing to bet that if you talked to a friend then that would help out at least a little bit

Issues come from 4 sources. 1. Your mind (how you rationalize and deal with problems or situations or other's words). 2. Your hormones (good body chemistry or lack of good body chemistry). 3. Others (friends, family, strangers and how the act and what they say to you). 4. Environment (messy room, bad weather, bad visuals).

If you REALLY want to fix it, STOP. I was a stubborn little bastard until I was 15, at which point i simply said enough is enough, I look like a douche.
Second off - you're too young for any of this to matter, it's a phase, there's no "help" you just have to force your way out, no one on yahoo answers is going to do it for you.

Depression is anger turned inwards. You have to find out what you're angry about and resolve those issues. Journaling might be a good way to figure out what you're feeling. Good luck.

we're not stupid. we're not crazy. we're just overly sensitive. this is why people say girls tend to mature faster than boys; because we are sensitive and care for the issues they may not care for. us girls tend to worry over little situations and are overwhelmed by feelings. and plus, it's hormones.
hormones + overly sensitive girls = total mental breakdown
