The clear stuff is your white blood cells in liquid form, dont squeeze it out, because it's your bodies way of healing you. Also everyone has staphalococcus a type of bacteria on their bodies at all times, and if you squeeze a bite, pimple or any other break in your skin, it allows staph to get into the broken down tissues where it breeds and can lead to hospitilazation.
