like 1tablet ever 12hrs, or two tablets for the whole day?

they say best by 9/07...can i still take them...vitamin dietery pills for working out

2 tablets at the same time ... then wait about 24 hrs for the next dose ...
Mon 6 am
Tues 10 pm (40 hrs later)
Wed 1 am .... (3 hrs later)
That doesn't work as well. the tablets need to digest and react for a certain amount of time ... they don't just go by the calender

what is it for? Some pills you have to space out through the day and others can be taken at the same time.
