Well everyones experiences with it will differ - but if you are prepared to sit it out for a while, I would suggest start using glycolic skin products.
There is a canadian company (www.larachem.com on the Internet) based in Toronto and they package and post a good, no nonsense Glycolic acid peel which I just couldnt live with out.
It comes in varying strengths and while it is sold as a peel product, I ALSO put three or four drops in my morning and evening skin cream.
The reason I say invest time and sit it out is because any improvement you get will be an ongoing thing - you will notice in a years time though that your skin is a heap better than it is now.
Glycolic is tremendously interesting stuff - and if used with CAUTION and used regularly you will get really good results.
If you want 'here & now' results, then you need to speak to a plastic surgeon.

I use alcohol and cotton pads to make skin smooth and after that I put on pure coconut oil for moisturizing. I have gotten rid of my brown spots from acne by using this method. Corn meal mixed with a little water to make a paste will smooth and soften the skin and get rid of scars too. I have used soap and salt as an excellent exfoliant. Coconut oil will not break you out either. You may see a few bumps in the first few days, but after that you will have wonderfully clear skin.

Aspirin masks can fade scarring and prevent acne as well. Use 4-6 aspirin tablets and just enough water to dissolve the aspirin into a paste-like substance. Apply it to the affected area and allow it to dry for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and apply a moisturizer. You can apply the mask 1-2 times a week. However, DO NOT use it if you are allergic to aspirin of if you're pregnant.

Good luck!

ask your doctor . when you have physical.

i would try the bare escentails make up ... they have a cover called well rested. you can apply with little brush. looks very natural.

also a good cosmetic is DERMABLEND... fancy department stores sell it. in eighties a model , Marla , something was slashed across face with box cutters in NYC by some wacko BF. Ruined her career. For awhile she was the model for this makeup. Cover creams designed for women with serious scars/ burns ,e tc. to cover. Was a decent line.. very well trained staff.

not sure if they are still in business.

good luck ... maybe dermatologist can later inject / make them look nicer. most scars fade in time .. no longer pink. easier to conceal.

you are beautiful / when you feel beautiful. work on feeling good inside too .

take care .
