I weigh about 238 lbs at 5'7” I have lost about 50 lbs in the last few years but I can not seem to lose any more weight. At one point I was exercising 5-6 days a week for about 45 mins and eating right. I jog , walk and do kick boxing. And no luck. Most of my weight is in the stomach which can be hard to lose. I had to cut back because I was in some pain. Now I am doing 3-4 days of 45-50 mins.

I have type 2 also, and it is very difficult for a diabetic to control his or her weight. You sound like you are doing well, so I would just continue the hard work, and you will start to lose weight again. Don't get discouraged, even though diabetics tend to lose weight in the stomach lastly. While it is hard for diabetics to lose weight, it is not impossible, as you have proven!
