SO i drink water allll day long probably 9 or 10 glasses a day idont drink soda just becuase it is loaded with calories ( i love it though and miss it) what can i drink besides water.....ice tea lemonade



(i hate those little packets you add to the water gross)

Best for you:
1] filtered water [ sometimes I add a teaspoon of a favorite juice for flavor ]
2] juice - no flavored drinks or sugar added
3] flavored seltzer [ comes in raspberry, lemon, orange, lime - id fizzy like soda, but not too sweet ]
4] herbal teas [ NOT medicinal [ which are actually 'infusions' because they aren't really tea!
5] decaf coffee or tea [ plain - no sugar or milk ]
Read all packages before you buy - some of the drinks are mostly water and sugar.

Drinks are a hard part of keeping a healthy lifestyle.

You said you love soda. Why don't you try diet soda? Diet Sierra Mist taste exactly like regular Sierra Mist, so if you are a lemon-lime soda lover, try Diet Sierra Mist (I believe it's called Sierra Mist Free)

Water is always the best choice to keep yourself hydrated. But who doesn't like flavor? You can add lemon to your water, or try club soda. Crystal Lite is also very good, and you can get it pre-made so you don't have to add the packets to the water. It's a perfect solution and tastes great.

Anything that is 100% juice should be ok... just be careful with the juices, b/c a lot of them have hidden sugars... V8 is the best in my opinion for juice... 1 small bottle is 3 servings of vegetables already for the day! I usually have a slice of wheat toast and a glass of V8 for breakfast- it fills me up fast too!!! Ultimately, water is the best for you to drink though... Have you tried the new Chrystal Light Fruit Punch drink? That is amazing... they also have "Sugar Free" KoolAid now... its more expensive than regular KoolAid, but it is really good!!

I switched to Perrier or an equivelent sparkling water as my home beverage of choice. I used to go through 2 litres of soda a day and now i just drink Perrier or Pellagrino etc. I get the bubbles of pop but no calories...

Works great for me.

What about that awesome tasting 50 calorie Vitamin Water?It's REALLLLLLY good!You can buy it at like,any store,it's really tasty,and it's becoming really popular.lol.Um..I guess that's all I can say that isn't so bad for you besides water,but if I think of anything else then I will come back and add to my answer :)

i had this drink the other day called Fuze, it came in a glass bottle, there were different flavors. it was really good, only had like 1 carb, low calories, and no sugar.

lemonade is awesome, especially if you want cuts. 100% fruit juice, v8 splash, i buy at least 10 boxes of caprisun at a time....theres tons to drink....

i love the packets :)~

I would say some type of jucie. Maybe orange jucie in the morning.
