Um....let's see (just to clarify, I am a Christian, but that doesn't mean I don't have doubts):
Creation in six days
Noah's ark/worldwide flood
Samson
Pretty much the whole thing with Moses, especially the parting of the Red Sea. Don't know if I believe it or not.

The rest...I have reasons to believe they're possible.
And actually, even the things I named COULD have happened if there is indeed a God. If there's a God, there's no reason why miracles like those couldn't have occurred.

Because much of the Bible was recorded by men who did not experience an actual eye witness of the events, such as creation, much of the writings are not feasible to us in a human way. John's book of Revelation is the same way. However, all of the Bible was inspired by God. He has given us the wisdom to understand some of it and some of it we will understand when we are face to face with Him.

The main part of the Word is the Gospel. This recording is for our salvation. The story of Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection. The rest of the Bible verifies Jesus to us.

There is so much that we do not understand even about science and the universe. No one knows or can figure out all of the mysteries of God, life, science, and all that is available to us.

Here's a scientific example. At the turn of the 20th century, experimenters proved beyond a doubt that light consisted of particles. Here's a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfPeprQ7oGc that demonstrates the double slit experiment. This experiment, which can be repeated by anyone with the equipment, always gives the same results. Light, when passed through card with a single slit always appears as if it were made of particles. When passed through a card with two slits always appears as if it were waves.

Taken as a whole, the Bible's universal truth is acknowledged and can be clearly seen. Many episodes in the Bible stretch credulity (Onan in the field; Tower of Babel; The mistaking of Jacob for Esau on touch alone [what father doesn't know the sound of his child's voice?]) yet the point of the stories is the truth to be found, not the literal truth in each tale.

i think you have been to hundreds of Christian congregations and heard those comparable testamonies, all with the comparable responses. lots of the church homes i know of could be praising the Lord for the conversion of an gay. To God sin is sin because it particularly is maximum Christians. If there are any that think of in any different case, then they are out of touch with the training of the bible. i'm valuable you would be stunned at in basic terms how many church homes as a team and Christians as persons pray for the conversion of all sinners, of which all individuals as quickly as have been. battling our previous sins would properly be a by no ability ending conflict until eventually one knows a thank you to conquer them. The bible even tells us to be sturdy lest we additionally fall, so condemning any convert isn't the Christian way. perhaps you may prefer to be saved from homosexuality your self, yet concern inwardly which you would be rejected. there are a number of church homes which would be happy to have you ever, warts and all, because all of us have a prior. there is one properly user-friendly Christian singer that sang at Whitney Houston's funeral that admitted years in the past that he became previously in that way of existence and is effortlessly primary as the different Christian brother, so he's evidence that your assertion is fake and we come to a decision your apology.

Even Jesus says he came to testify to the truth. It is the inspired word of God. it is not in His nature to lie. As for the atheist answering this question. Why is every time someone asks a question like this you feel a need to impart your view that it is all lie? Is not that the same as what you accuse the Christians of doing by forcing their beliefs on others? This question was asked to Christians.

Absolutely. Whenever Satan is quoted, we are pretty sure there's a lie in there somewhere, right?

Example:
Genesis 3:4 The serpent said to the woman, "You won't surely die,

Well, people started dying and going to hell after they ate the fruit, so that's not true.
