I recently got a book from the library (and shame on me for not remembering the title) that had a great interpretation of how the Sabbats relate to your every day life. Like one is a time for "planting the seeds" of whatever we need to change in our lives, one is for reflection on the past year, one is for "harvesting" the benefits of the "seeds" we planted earlier.

Has anyone read this book or do you know what I'm talking about? It had something like that for every Sabbat, and I was really excited about it, but I had returned the book without writing it down.
