Honestly, Honey, if he is having issues, he needs a friend not a girlfriend. Especially if some of those issues lead to him cheating. You don't deserve that, so let him work through his issues first and just be there for him as a friend. The best and longest lasting relationships tend to develop from good friendships.
As far as making yourself more appealing... stop focusing on your bad points. Find your good ones. The most attractive thing to a guy that is looking for more than sex is a girl that is confident in herself. Go workout, eat healthier food, get some hobbies that will enrich who you are like sports and intellectual things. And most importantly, be patient when you're there for him, and listen when he needs to talk.
Also, when people tell you you are annoying... ask them why and see if they answer honestly. Then find a way to stop doing what annoys them unless it is an essential part of who you are... if it is... find some new friends.
Stay true to yourself, be confident in yourself and you will find that guys will fall at your feet. I had a friend that pours confidence... but isn't exactly the most wonderful person to be around, nor was she extremely beautiful.... she still had a fan club....
Good luck!

You say you are loud and obnoxious, and people tell you that you're annoying? Start working on your personality. You can be an extrovert without being obnoxious. Turn your outgoing personality into a more pleasant one and people will want to be around you. Write out how you think you can deal with your negative qualities, and act on it. When you are a pleasant person to be around, you attract people.
Lose some weight if people tell you that you're overweight. Guys are normally attracted to average weight women. I was heavier when I was younger and lost weight by eating 3 normal meals a day, snacking on fruit, cutting out junk food and exercising. Maybe the reason you are loud and obnoxious is because you want attention. If you work on your problems you'll be more attractive to people, and get a guy. Also this Neil doesn't sound like a good choice if he cheated on his last girlfriend, a leopard doesn't change it's spots.

First of all you should work on your self image. Maybe some exercise to loose some of that weight. Cuz if you are loud and obnoxious you are probably over compensating for insecurety with personality. Not to mention if he cheated on his girlfriend regaurdless of the poor excuse he is not trust worthy and will either use you or cheat on you as well. You should be asking yourself why you would want a cheater with issues not how you can get one.

I think that you do not need him.1) .He cheated on his ex-gf and he will do it again on the next poor girl.2).Sounds like he just uses girls so do not be so quick to throw yourself on him.
3).Always just be yourself you do not have to change you to make anyone happy that just leaves you playing a row of being someone that you are not and in the long run you will be that be the one that gets hurt.4).If your friends are telling you that you are annoying and fat then they are not good friends because they are hurting the way you look at yourself.5).Get some new friends that will respect you and help you feel better about you.

First off I am fat myself. However, I can tell you everygirl can get someone. Maybe not the one or type of person you want but if you open up the store, a customer will walk in.
Now stay away from fixer uppers. They have issues for a reason. Now if you want him just tell him, "Hey, I want you". Most stray cats will hang around if you put food out. But remember if someone else puts better food out that stray cat will run away from you.
Even if you are overweight always take pride in your appearance. Make sure your hair is good and your clothes are nice. And there is alway the option of getting in shape.
but stay away from fixer uppers okay.

Be yourself--if you're not appealing to him as you are, then you don't really want him. If *you* don't like being loud, obnoxious, annoying, and fat, take steps to be the person you want to be.
Don't change just to please someone else.
And getting into a relationship with a guy because you want to fix his issues is a bad way to start. Give him some time to sort out his own life.

Hey, great news!!! Some guys are very attracted to loud, fat, obnoxious, annoying women. He just might be in that segment of the population. On the other hand, since he probably is not attracted to all that, stop being loud, obnoxious, and annoying, and he may not notice or care that you are overweight. Good luck.

Well why would you want a guy who just broke up with someone else because he cheated on her at a party? Do you want him to cheat on you in front of a zillion people too? Tell the georgeous cheater to find someone else to cheat on. As for you if your not happy with yourself it is for you to decide the changes you need to make. Do you want to be loud obnoxious and plump? If not make changes there.

First off...WHY would you want to get with someone that you know cheated on his girlfriend? Hello?? Don't you think he'll do it to you too?
A lot of times, rebound relationships do not work out and someone ends up getting hurt.
If you are not feeling secure and happy with yourself, then do something about it. Eat right and exercise, tone down your attitude and talk to others the way you would want to be talked to.
If the guy has issues, he is going to have to want to change his life..you can't do it for him if he isn't willing.

Loud, obnoxious, annoying, and fat ... sounds like the perfect match for a guy who cheats at parties and has issues.
