In microsoft word how do you get the label layout to appear on screen, my document is blank no columns or rows

Tools> Letters & Mailings> Envelopes & Labels> Labels.

Choose from drop-down box in Options.

You want to see the gridlines.

Select the table
click Table
click "show gridlines"
