Are you sure kill.vbs is malware? I think it could be a visual basic script (vbs) to kill a running process!!

Run your antivirus software in Safe Mode to hopefully catch self-executable files:
Restart
as soon as you see Windows check memory, and before Windows itself loads
press and hold down the F8 key until you see a black and white menu - I think Safe Mode is F3
From Safe Mode, run your antivirus software. When you exit to Windows, you may find your desktop icons out of place. Just drag them back.
I suggest you immediately Restart and run a full system scan, Disk Cleanup, and a defrag.

start up in safe mode and go in and delete it. You may need to completely reformat your hard drive though.

if an antivirus or antispyware wont get it then try booting into safemode and rename it ..
