This guy----ex-boyfriend won't leave me alone and I am so tired of him. He says "Jimmie sucks" to me and makes me mad. I am so tired of it and I have no idea what to say to him.

Avoid him and tell him that you dont wanna talk and you're having a bad day. If that doesnt work ask him for money to buy a new car, I bet he'll leave you alone then

You either just ignore him, you enlist the aid of trusted adults, or if you are both adults (which doesn't appear to be the case) you can get a restraining order.

tell him to stop calling you other wise you will file a complaint against him. (and actually follow up on the threat) but make sure to record conversations/times hes called stuff like that.

Tell him to leave you alone, and be serious about it. Tell someone about it because it's harrassment.
