my gym teacher failed me because i didn't have my hair pulled back one time. i dont know what in the hell i ever did to her. but i'm not the only one who does tie their hair back. but yet i'm the one failing. secondly my hair isn't long enough to pull it back. this does make sense to me. tell me if you think this is fair.

First talk to your parents about it. Then talk to the principal. If this really is the truth then it should be easy to prove that you are being singled out.

Ideally the principal would walk into the class without dicussing it with the teacher to see if other students don't have their hair pulled back.

She obviously has some issues and may dislike you for some reason or simply cause she is having a bad day which can be every day by the sounds of it especially towards you. It is unfair and talk to someone that is higher than her like the principal. If she does this to you than you must confront her in a calm, rational and professional manner. Ask her why she only tells you this and what is the problem. Tell her you should have respect and treat everyone equal. I had to confront someone that I was working with and told her to treat me with respect because I do with everyone and told her to ask politely about doing tasks not to order me in a rude way. She has been nice as hunny since I confronted her behaviour. Don't let it go until it gets through to her and if you see a positive change.

OK time for intervention. Talk to your parents about the gym teacher. And ask them to arrange a conference between you, your folks, your principal and the gym teacher.

Of course, you will have to assume the risk that there may be something else that you've done that has caused your teacher to single you out for this. Could it be that maybe you don't try, talk back, have hissy-fit temper-tantrums, or don't turn your work in on time, etc?

What's teacher's side of the story?

i would have your parents talk to the teacher. there is no way that you should be failing the class because you did not pull your hair back one time. not only that, but i don't see how she can make you pull your hair back. wearing a certain uniform i can see, but not pulling your hair back. have your parents call the teacher.

This is only fair if it states that you must tie your hair back for gym in the school rules. Otherwise that is not even close to being fair.

make sure thats the only reason. Most gym teacher will fail students if they arent in uniform most of the time.Maybe the hair is apart of the uniform. If the hair is the only reason then she is being abit unfair.it might be a safety hazard or somthing.

speak to your parents and your principal. if pulling your hair back is a requirement for the class, buy some barretes or bobby pins. they will keep your hair back. if you really feel you are being mistreated, then speak to the principal.

It's not fair, but PE teachers are well known sadists, it's a known fact.

My PE teacher wrote me a horrible report saying that I was rude and dismissive with no social skills, because she once said hi to me and i didnt hear her...

You, your parents, and your gym teacher have a good long conversation about this issue so that it can be resolved. Parents have a good way of changing teachers' minds about grades.
