They wont pay up, and im out two weeks pay and that will put e in a great financial bind.. have made many attemps and yet to no avail..now what??

Lets guess you are on a bi weekly payroll, you started the week after a payday, then two weeks from now you will get these last two weeks of work paid. that is how it works, and is why most places on a bi weekly start a person the week between paychecks so on their second week they get a weeks pay. Check out if this is the situation before you start calling lawyers, or the labor board etc, and end up looking like a fool

Contact your state employment office. They'll nail your boss for not paying wages.

Have a lawyer give him a call and your boss will know you are not playing.

its not legal to not pay. so call the police. I'm sure this will work.
