try meditating every day.
just take 5 minutes to sit in a comfortable position and just relax.
it's hard at first but try to clear your mind. if you have to think about SOMETHING then make sure it's not something important, otherwise you'll be distracted.
and try to prevent future stress by getting things done in advance, organizing yourself and your time, and don't get yourself worked up about things you can't change.

Lot of ways.
A good one should be by stabilizing inner health. Do some religious practise, or some people do yoga.
Another idea is to distract a lil bit. Go outside and breathe fresh air - drive your car, ride your motorcycle, or cycle your bike around.
I love to eat chocolate and some other sweet food.
If you have some extra time, going out and shopping your fav stuff should help to release the stress - but this is best way to get more stress after realizing you are out of money then.

Some things there are to relive stress include many things all having to do with peace. Clearing your head helps and you can do this in many ways. Take a walk by yourself or with a friend. Slip into a spa/jakussy or even take a hot bubble bath. Read a good book. Do something with your family. Go out to eat. Watch a show like Extreme Makeover Home Edition. I hope this helped.

I take a bath and read a book. My best friend exercises her stress away. I think it's different for every person. Try many things and hopefully you'll find one that works for you!

Check the nearest day spa for services that cater specifically to women or men.
You'd be surprised how a simple rejuvenating facial can work wonders.

Excercise is great for relieving stress. The motivation to go do any excercise is the hard part, but it will feel so good afterwards.
Also, do something that completely engages your mind...some sort of game. Getting your mind off what is stressing you can calm you down.

Take up jogging. It's hard for the first two weeks, but then you get such a high.... It's so motivating.
