In the Atlanta area how can black women meet and date white men but not on the job.

Same way you meet a black man in the South. Put yourself where the white men are (just like if you were trying to meet black men you wouldn't try to search first in a setting that is all or mostly white). Show eye contact, smile, be interested. I've caught the attention of some cute (white) dudes with a friendly smile.

Here's a hint- white men in the military are more likely to date out. Also, online dating makes meeting them easier. Both white men and black women can be a little shy around each other.

I consider every place an opportunity for meeting a man. It doesn't have to be any place in particular-it could be around the neighbor hood, at a bookstore, grocery, you name it.

Why I date white women I can’t speak for every other black man…but black women have them self to blame for me dating white women. I’m a Black man; and as a reference point… I had an AA, AS degree, and several Licenses during this experience. I use to date black women exclusively “I was a black women’s man!”, then my black wife died at 30… leaving me to rise are two daughters alone. And a year later, I lost my job, because this silly country allows American companies to move to china. I was out of work for 2 years, and in my darkest hour, educated or career minded black women were not there! Why educated…because I’m educated “attraction is a weird thing”…I don’t know why I’m attracted to educated women “I just am” I simply seam to gravitate in that direction. The black women I mate, wouldn’t have a thing to do with an unemployed brotha…and many times I was tossed in the same group with stereo typed criminal or irresponsible Black Men. But more than a few educated white women looked beyond my short comings …and during this ruff time, I dated who was there “WHITE WOMEN”. I finally got a General labor job; and It was extremely difficult …but I went back to college full time, and picked up My 4 Year Degree, and restarted a new career 5 years later. Now I make a six figure income, and own 2 houses. And of-course, I’m with the person, which accepted me when I had nothing.” A beautiful educated woman, that just happens to be white”. missluvvaluvva2k2 is so right. You have to put yourself where the guys are. Make eye contact, smile, flirt a little. That's how you let a guy know that you're interested. I was in the military in Valdosa at Moody AFB and white guys down there are interested. Online dating also helps abunch. I met my husband online. You just got to try it.

Huh? Could just walk up to them and ask, that works. If they like you, your in like flint. Wasn't aware thou that Altanta had much as for as "eourpean" americans. Thought it was a mostly (Man I hate this term like all black people come from africa... but I digress....) "African" americans which might make a websight like www.plentyoffish.com a better bet.
