I would say Ginn racing they were only a few feet from winning Daytona.

RCR, for the record, consists of Harvick, Burton, and Bowyer.
And yes, they've been flying under the radar all season. RCR had some rough years after Dale Sr. died, and then Hendrick's engine program finally caught up with, and passed, RCR in the restrictor plate program.
For a while there, RCR was lagging. But they've slowly and quietly put their engine program on the map again.
Harvick has settled down some and isn't such a gunslinger anymore, using his head more than his foot these days.
Burton is a solid veteran, even if he's not championship material. And Bowyer is a smart driver. Any time you get a driver with brains, and you put good equipment under him, he'll be in contention week in and week out.
All three are in the Chase, and that doesn't happen by accident. Good programs perform well.

No. I'm a die hard Bowyer fan but that team has already proven that they are a force to reckon with, as all 3 of their cars made the chase this year.
I think Haas CNC or Hall of Fame is the most underrated team, and we can thank Sauter, Green, and Raines for that (no offense to their fans). MWR also has a great driver in David Reutimann so I would pick them as well because they have been getting top 20s quite often this half of the season.
Most underrated individual team, the DEI #15.
If you put Jeff Gordon in the #00, #66, #70, or #96, he'd get a top 5 ;)

Under Rated???? NO WAY!!!!!
Under the radar??? Yeah.....they havent been as highlighted as some other teams have been or are...they have been quietly working on their program with success...Obviously cuz they do have 3 drivers in the chase soooooo....say what you will about that its impressive and shows they have been succesful as a team & shows the drivers are consistent & more than capable....they also have been working on plans to bring in a 4th car & driver and Childress & Harvick Inc. are merging....I say they have just been busy working on their program & making plans.....I say look out cuz i see GOOD things happening within RCR!!!!
GO HARVICK & RCR!!!!

I'm confused. The guys you listed below your questions are not RCR (except Clint). Are you saying that you'd like those guys at RCR or what?
RCR has been up and down. Granted all 3 teams are in the Chase, but only Jeff (Burton #31) is doing ok. Clint & Kevin have not had good races, thus far. Under rated? Maybe, but you forget that Dale (Sr.) was with Childress for **years-they weren't under rated then.

I don't think they are really underrated. I do believe they have great potential. Since they lost Dale Sr they have taken a large hit. It has taken a lot of work to try to get back to the top. With the right driver they will shine again.

I don't think RCR is underrated. The team has had loads of success over the years. Right now they are just struggling with the COT (Car Of Tomorrow) program.

THE most underrated team has to be Hall of Fame Racing. They are running a single car effort out of a pretty small shop and usually run pretty well. Off the top of my head I can't remember them ever missing a race, either.

What exactly are you asking? These guys are all on different teams. What are you refering to, a fantasy team, or creating a team??? I am confused! RCR itself has always been a strong team.

I would say they are the most under rated of the teams that are in the chase. But not for the entire season
