They can pretty much eat whatever you eat now. Just make sure it won't be a choking hazard. And try to keep it mostly healthy so he can develop good eating habits while he is young.

Its not really that big of an issue. Give them smaller, less salty portions of what you're eating. You dont feed them different foods than your own.
My 8 month old nurses, eats two jars of baby food, and otherwise whatever iam fixing for meals each day. Theres nothing, save honey, that he doesnt munch on.

Pretty much anything you eat, just cut it up into small peices. Make sure they get lots of healthy snacks and they will be fine. My 15 month old only has 4 teeth and does just fine chewing. We don't give him anything super hard to chew, but he does great. Good luck!

At one year old, they can eat pretty much anything you do - provided you keep the salt levels low (max 1mg/day).
Avoid anything spicy, but experiment - there'll be lots of things they don't like and plenty of things that they do.

Mashed up banana (as long as it is really well mashed), apple sauce, pablum, baby cereals that are in the appropriate age group.

Whatever you feel like giving them, if you think they can chew and handle it, give it to them
