instead of not eating anything, only eat fruit for 3 days .. all the fiber will make you loose weight. Dont venture far from the bathroom, though.

You wouldn't lose too much weight at all and here is why. Your metabolism has a homeostasis rate, the rate at which it normally processes food that is ingested. When your body receives a flood of food or the lack thereof, your metabolism compensates by speeding up or slowing down it's processes. If you were to stop eating your metabolism would temporarily slow down, meaning you would burn less energy. After three days of no eating you would find that you are beginning to get weak and shaky. This occurs because of the lack of nutrients to your muscles and brain which controls your motor skills. This would become so uncomfortable that you would feel an enormous urge to eat.

My advice is to concentrate on how much activity you do during a day and a general count of the calories and fat you ingest. Do you think they compare even keel with one another or not? Long term healthy eating is the best way to lose and keep weight off. Hope this helps, stay healthy.

None.

Not eating is not how you lose weight. If you don't eat for 3 days, it may lead to health problems and you may become an anorexic from this type of lifestyle.

None. The instant you eat again the weight comes back.

Not as much as you think. You'll hurt your body, doing that. Just eat less than you normally would.
