Call the court where the tickets were issued. Be prepared to pay the fines. if they are still outstanding you will not be able to renew your license.

If you had outstanding tickets for that long, it is very possible that they already suspended your license, so if you were pulled over now you would be convicted of the crime driving while suspended, instead of simply being responsible for a civil infraction. Even if they haven't suspended your license, you will almost certainly be unable to renew your license. The only thing you can do is talk to the court about paying off the tickets.

There is a good possibility you are driving on a suspended license. If you live in Ohio, there are probably outstanding warrants on you, and you are subject to arrest and jail within the municipality of the violation. Contact the issuing authorities immediately and get them taken care of.

they might not arrest you at the dmv, but they will not renew your license till you go to court and take care of your past tickets.
